Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of the EchoryAudio website and your purchase and use of our digital products — sample packs, drum kits, multi-kits, stems, presets and free downloads (together, the “Products”). By accessing the site or purchasing a Product you agree to these terms.

2. Digital products & delivery

All Products are digital goods delivered electronically. After a completed purchase you receive access to download your files. No physical items are shipped.

It is your responsibility to download and back up your files. If you lose access to your purchase, contact us and we will do our best to restore your download.

3. License

When you purchase a Product you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the included sounds in your own musical compositions, both commercial and non-commercial — including streaming releases, sync placements, performances and client work.

You do not need to credit EchoryAudio, though credits are always appreciated.

4. Restrictions

You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, lease or give away any Product or its contents, in whole or in part, in their original or a derivative form (for example as part of another sample pack, preset pack, or sound library).

You may not upload Products to file-sharing services, content-ID systems, or AI training datasets. The license is granted to you personally (or to your company for the project it was purchased for) and does not transfer with the sale of a beat or composition beyond its use inside that work.

5. Free downloads

Free Products are licensed under the same terms as paid Products: use them freely in your music; do not redistribute the files themselves.

6. Refunds

Because Products are digital goods that cannot be returned, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download has been made available. If you experience a technical problem with your files — corrupted archives, missing content — contact us and we will make it right.

7. Intellectual property

All Products, and all content on this site, remain the intellectual property of EchoryAudio. Purchasing a Product grants you the license described above; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying sounds.

8. Pricing & discounts

Prices may change at any time. Discount codes and bundle offers are promotional, may be time-limited or usage-limited, and cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases.

9. Acceptable use of the site

You agree not to misuse the site: no scraping of audio previews, automated bulk downloads, attempts to bypass purchase or download protections, or submission of unlawful or abusive content in reviews and forms.

10. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The site and Products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EchoryAudio is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or Products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Product concerned.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
